Neben den ursprünglich geplanten Prozessen haben wir auch das Netzwerk sukzessive ausgebaut. Durch interne als auch externe Prozesse konnte das Onboarding von Neukunden stark verbessert werden, wodurch die Registrierung für Kunden wesentlich angenehmer ist und involvierte Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig stark entlastet sind. Zusätzliche, gezielte Maßnahmen konnten das Upselling maßgeblich beflügeln, wodurch das ursprüngliche Umsatzziel übertroffen werden konnte.
